Q1 – Compliance Audit

An assessment of the firm’s approach to anti-money laundering, client care and risk as well as the firm’s implementation of LEAP’s compliance features in conveyancing matters.

Q2 – Pre-Exchange Audit

An assessment of conveyancing matters in terms of investigating title, completing searches and enquiries and the formalities of exchange.

Q3 – Completion Audit

An assessment of the firm’s arrangements for completion, pre-completion searches and completion itself within conveyancing matters.

Q4 – Post-Completion Audit

An assessment of the firm’s handling of a conveyancing matter following the completion, registration and file closure.
